My February 2010 mHealth Networking Conference keynote titled “The mHealth Revolution”, outlined the vision of mHealth. Reactions have ranged from the very supportive (“this is the first comprehensive vision for mHealth”) to the strongly critical (“it goes too far”). Some have objected to eHealth being labeled a vision of the past and others to my view that eHealth has (largely) failed and that a new approach is warranted. What do you think? (To see a video of this keynote and others, go to and search for “mHealth: The Vision.”)

Great that you have a blog! I work a ton in developing mobile strategy for pharma/OTC companies and always enjoy mHealth’s thoughts.

Anyone familiar with companies active in supporting effective clinical triage, either self directed or through some sort of central support? Anyone using contact center technology to maximize connectivity and enhance the patient experience. Particularly interested in companies providing this technology for patients although supporting remote clinicians in their decision making is also of interest.
