Call for Presentations (non-commercial only)

Watch for announcement of next meeting venue and dates.

Note that this call for presentations is for non-commercial presentations only and is not for vendors!  (A separate announcement will be made later regarding vendor opportunities.)

Responses to the call for presentations will be categorized into those related to patients, clinicians, providers, payers, and public health.

Interested users, implementers, and planners (including consultants) are encouraged to submit by completing the template below.

Note: If your proposal is accepted, your related expenses are your responsibility, with the following exception: You will receive complimentary conference registration if you stay at the meeting hotel. If you prefer to stay elsewhere, then you must register for the conference. 

If submission is accepted, presenter and organization must confirm that they will comply with HIPAA/ARRA and other applicable rules, regulations and guidelines.

Presenters giving live presentations are requested to stay at the conference hotel and must check in at conference registration at least 3 hours before the beginning of the session.
